Part owner of Padd Farm pleads guilty to 13 planning breaches

Mrs Linda Beach part owner of Padd Farm, Hurst Lane, Egham pleaded guilty to 13 breaches of non-compliance with planning enforcement prosecutionnotices on Wednesday 5 December 2012 at Guildford Crown Court.

The court made an order for Mrs Beach to provide financial information by 9 January 2013 in respect of her financial position.  A sentencing hearing has been set for Friday 22 March 2013.

Chairman of Planning Committee, Cllr Geoffrey Woodger said: “We have successfully prosecuted Mr Daniel Beach, part owner of Padd Farm for the same breaches of planning control¬† and will look to do the same for Mrs Beach.”
