Happy New Year from Runnymede Residents

On behalf of the Runnymede Residents Network I Would like to thank all our fantastic contributors in particular the amazing Roger Nield. Without Roger and other contributors the site would not be the success it is.

The progress of the site has been steady, but I think we need to take it to the next level, like we have done with the sister site in Surrey Heath.

In order to achieve that I will be on the look out for more contributors in 2013.

Runnymede is an incredibly vibrant community with so much going on every single day. The aim of the Residents Network is to showcase as much of that activity as possible.

If you own a digital video camera and can edit videos, or have a camera (even just a smart phone camera) then you could create photo blogs for the Residents Network. Podcasts are becoming increasingly popular and most smart phones have recording capabilities. So if you think you could interview members of the community about general interest topics or some of our community leaders such as councillors about community issues that are in the public interest, please get in touch with me.

Thank you for your support of the Resisdents Network and happy new year.

Best wishes

Paul Deach
