Man charged following drugs warrant in Row Town

A 22-year-old man has been charged with possession of a Class A drug (heroin) with intent to supply and possession of a Class B drug (cannabis).

Richard Fradley, of no fixed abode, was arrested following the execution of a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at an address in Row Town yesterday (Wednesday, 24 April). He has been charged and remanded in custody to appear at North Surrey Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 25 April).
