Phil and Teds Car Seat Adaptor Recall

Phil & Teds is recalling their TS26 Travel System 26 Car Seat Adaptors because they can fail when exposed to low temperatures. This can result in the car seat not being securely connected to the pushchair.
Phil & Teds is providing an upgraded TS26 Car Seat Adaptor for owners of the affected product.
If you have the affected TS26 Travel System 26 Car Seat Adaptors you should stop using them immediately.

This recall affects all existing TS26 Travel System 26 Car Seat Adaptors.
Phil & Teds is supplying an improved TS26 Car Seat Adaptor to replace the affected adaptors.
If your TS26 Travel System Adaptor does not have the maximum load sticker on it, it is affected by this recall.
