Networking and putting back #WinterPimms


I occasionally go to Networking events. Often (but certainly not all of the time) I find them tedious and not worth the effort.

But recently I went to a business networking event which was so cool I am still buzzing from it nearly two weeks later.

The event was organised by the super cool folk at project five and I was invited to provide media coverage of the event so not really there to network although I met some very cool and talented people from businesses across Surrey and Hampshire.

The idea of the event is to cut down your own Christmas tree which helps preserve the heathland as the Scots Pine Trees are invasive and overtake the natural habitat of rare ground nesting birds such as the Dartford Warbler.
