Unseen Biba – Saturday 12 March

Chertsey Museum is holding a fashion event called Unseen Biba on Saturday 12 March 2016 from 2pm -3.30pm. Martin Pel will lead the talk exploring the history of the Biba fashion brand.

Formerly Keeper of Costume at Chertsey Museum and now Curator of Fashion and Textiles at Brighton Museum, Martin has co-authored the 2014 book the Biba Years 1963 -1975 with Barbara Hulanicki, founder of Biba.

Book early to avoid disappointment, to book call call 01932 565764 or send a cheque made out to ‘Friends of Chertsey Museum’ to Chertsey Museum, 33 Windsor Street, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 8AT stating that you would like to book for the ‘Unseen Biba’ talk.
